The Ducks are incredibly flexible when it comes to groups. We can pick you up from inner city locations, we have up to 56 seats available, can partner with other operators for larger groups AND you can basically decide what you want to do on tour.
We have had wedding parties, stag and hen do’s, team building, Christmas functions, birthday parties, and more! Contact us and we will come up with a tailor-made tour to meet your needs.
Christmas Tour

The unique vehicle, our stunning lakes, and bloody hilarious Skippers will have you in party mode from start to finish. Our Ducks can pick you up from a central city location before taking you on a fun, entertaining and informative journey of the lakes. Treewalk Combo
Explore Rotorua and see the beautiful sights from land AND lake on New Zealand’s only genuine, authentic WW2 landing crafts. Watch in awe as you go from land to lake without leaving your seat, all while being thoroughly entertained by your amusing conDUCKtor. Schools and Education
Bring your school or class and explore Rotorua on board a genuine WW2 landing craft. Our education tours are custom made to fit each groups individual needs. For example, we had a school group who were specifically interested in learning about the journey of the Māori people, so we made a tour that fit this topic. We can achieve learning objectives around nature, tourism, Māori culture, lakes, geography, and more. We can also just take the students out for a fun tour if that’s your goal!
For High School groups we can also help students achieve NCEA credits.

Seniors Tours
Seniors find amazing value in our tours. We operate the only genuine WW2 landing crafts in New Zealand in a historically and geographically significant location. Seniors find amazing value in this and also in our commentary which covers a wide range of topics and is delivered in a fun and enlightening way by our experienced drivers.
We have clear roll-down sides for cooler days and a sound system that is designed so everyone can hear clearly.

Special Interest Groups
No matter the size or shape of your group we have an activity for them on the Ducks! We have had groups ranging from wedding receptions, stag and hen do’s, ball drop offs, photography groups and more!
If you have a group and you’re looking to do something new, then the Duck is for you! Not only that but we are very flexible, so if you have your own ideas for what you might like to use a floating truck for we are happy to hear it and come up with something that suits you!
Birthday Parties
Over the years we have had all ranges of birthday parties on our Ducks. From infants all the way through to seniors we love a good celebration party on a genuine WW2 landing craft on both land and lake.
We customise the tour based on the group and we also take your own ideas. If you want to bring cake and enjoy it at the lakes then go for it! If you want to add some games, we can do that too!
